The food was blah. Had a salad and a sub. The management is horrible. Cash machine went down in the middle of my transaction. It swipped all the funds off my subway gift card. When the machine came back up all the money was not put back on my gift card so I had to pay with my debit card. Was told by associate that my gift card would be replaced. Been trying to contact the manager but he's never there and no one knows how to handle the situation. Due to no response from management I was forced to call corporate office to get this issue resolved.
Unfriendly staff. Made made comments about food choice in front of customer. EXTREMELY inappropriate... Also charge for a glass of water - same price as soda..... Choose anywhere but here when eating at the galleria.
A nightmare
This place gave me a terrible case of food poisoning! I'm never eating from here again. Be warned!
