Although Havertys didn't have the sofa style I was looking for, the salesman was good and the showroom was set up nicely.
Pretty furniture. We became customers buying a set. Nice salesman that helped us, young guy.
I can't believe they are going out of business. Havertys had the best people helping you find kust what you were looking for. I could name a few worker's that helped my husband and I. If I had to say the BEST worker that helped us was Eric Smith but, they all seemed like they really cared. That is very rare these days when you go into a sales store and it seems like your surrounded by a bunch of used car salesman. This particular Trussville store was not like that. It is just a shame, my husband and I needed some more funiture to make our home complete. We asked our salesman Eric if he was moving on to another store and he said no. However he told us about another Havertys in Tuscaloosa that they were having a nice sale. That is quite a drive but, we went. That store was nothing like the Trussville store that closed. I will tell you if we ever run into Eric Smith again... He could probably sell us ice in Alaska he is that good. Before ending this review the whole store staff was a pleasure to do business with. One sad customer.
The furniture is beautiful but the prices are over the top even with the moving discount.
We never shopped at Havertys before, but heard the store was closing and went to look for a sofa. We spoke to two very experienced sales women, gave us a deep discount, we bought the first sofa we saw! Bought two designer pillows too!
Sorry this store is closing, not enough business.
