We spent over $10,000 on May 31 on our new furniture. We had to call them to schedule for delivery last week. We were told that the delivery date is 7/21/2017, but no one has contacted for this matter. I have called them multiple times, but was on hold for more than 30 minutes and still unable to speak to a live person. We called the store, and was told it would be next week. They just lost another good account.
Upon entry into this beautiful and well-laid out furniture boutique, I found exceptional professionalism and kindness out of ever team member that is difficult to find in most furniture stores. The pricing was more than fair, unlike other furniture stores that were selling items of much lower quality with mass production looks. I walked out with some incredible deals, and spending the money was an exciting experience with this amazing crew.
I posted my customer review over a week ago, and got management's attention within an hour. The management took the review very seriously and expedited the delivery process. My furniture arrived two days ahead of scheduled date. I have to give a thumbs up to the team! Thank you,
I am SO excited that Arhaus is open! No more ordering furniture while in Cincinnati required! We have 15 year old black leather club chairs that are still just as firm as the day we bought them. Last summer, we bought a sectional in Ohio, since we couldn't find anything nearly as well made in Alabama.

I purchased an ottoman and side table. Quality furniture at fair price. What really impressed me was the delivery crew..headed up by Chester. They phoned ahead of time, on schedule, well wrapped furniture. The crew carefully unpacked, set up, and took away all packaging material. Efficient prompt courteous. I'd buy again from Arhaus simply bc of the pleasant delivery experience with Chester and crew.
