I had a very pleasant experience at American Freight. My sales guy was Joel, and he wasn't pushy or overbearing, he actually listened to the budget we gave him, the type of furniture we asked to see and gave us multiple selections of nice quality furniture that was sturdy and appealing to the eye. He did a wonderful job and I would recommend him to anyone looking a furniture. Awesome experience!
The question asked is what I liked about it! Nothing, other than same day delivery. I bought a leather sofa and love seat March 22nd it tore up already and I was told at the time of purchase it came with some type of warranty therefore I did not purchase and extended warranty. I could understand it tearing if I had young kids that jump up and down on furniture but my kids are 13 and 20 we spend most of our time in our bedrooms so the furniture had barely been sat on. I noticed it cleaning yesterday but I was told by them it's nothing they can do about that but it's something I can do and that's spend my money somewhere else. I paid too much money for that set for it to only last 4 1/2 months. My last set lasted 10yrs. Never will I spend a dime at this store!
I was in need of a mattress set for my daughter. I walked in and before I could get in the door I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. I told her I had heard that they did layaway and was looking for something nice but affordable. This was going to be her very first bed of her own so I did want something nice for her. So she took me back and showed me a couple mattress sets but the dreamsleep was a nice mattress with a good price.
ASK FOR TERRELL WHEN YOU GO! HE IS THE BEST! Very nice and helpful. When Terrell wasn't there I encountered Franklin who was also well helpful as well. It's only been two days and I am in LOVE with my sectional!
