They did a great job detailing our SUV the day before we were to turn it in. Very friendly, quick, professional and reasonable. Phone updates on our car's status were frequent. We'll be back again.
Nice friendly staff. Does a good job. Windows cud be cleaned better if they use fresh towels. My windows are always streaked.
Very very busy, which was to be expected on a Saturday afternoon, but they clearly rushed through my cleaning. I paid extra for a dashboard 'wax' and it looks like they only cleaned and waxed what they could reach. You can clearly see where they couldn't reach because it's just as dirty as it was before. They also vacuumed the mats and floors, but again, only where they could get to easily. Everywhere else didn't get touched. The staff was nice, but I won't be back.
Waste of money. Fingerprints left all over the car. Floor mats simply thrown back in. Car covered in water spots. Was told "I wish I had more time to clean your rims" when I picked the package that had me pay for it. Then they asked me where I worked. Watched as the two driers spent more time talking than actually working on the car. (Left window is spotless by the way because during their conversations they cleaned it about 3 times). Rear windshield is the complete opposite though because they didn't even wipe off all the cleaner. You'll spend more time trying to clean up their mistakes than you do waiting to get it washed here. PASS
These people are not detail-oriented. Every time I get my car washed here they miss a few spots, some are heavy with dirt. I love how they use Rags that leave a residue behind, so I can actually see where they decided to give up reaching all the tough to reach corners on Windows and mirrors. I don't exactly know what they cleaned on the inside of the car even though I paid for an interior cleaning since the coffee stain I planted on my console wasn't even touched. I want to come here as a convenience to make business calls and do other business if I'm short on time and want to wash, instead I'm going to go home and finish the job they started. Won't be coming back here again. Somebody knows a nice legitimate hand wash without the machines inside, please let me know!
