The vacuum doesnt work for real
It was raining lightly and about to stop so I went in. I had just driven in from a trip the beach with a car covered with gnats. The person came out of the office and wiped the brush over my hood over my hood once -- all while having a cigarette dangling from his mouth and his cell phone tucked under his chin while talking on it loudly. He was complete with about 1" of ashes hanging on the end and blowing smoke into my intake vents. (I'm allergic to cigarette smoke). After going over the middle of the hood once with the brush, not even trying to get the gnats, he waved me into the wash. He had turned only one set of the vacuums one and, of course, it was the set farthermost from the building which required you to walk through the rain to get to the car mat cleaner. I had pulled into the vacuums next to the wall and motioned for him to turn them on. He looked up from his chair in the office and pointed to the other set (without even slowing down in talking on his cell phone) and brushed me away with his hand pointing to the vacuums across the parking lot. The car was itself is good, but this young person should not be working there. He does NOT care about the customer, only about talking on his cell phone.
