They will not accept responsibility for any damage done to your car and they'll tweak what they need in order justify their innocents. If you care about the quality of your vehicle, I would highly recommend never taking your car here or any Goo Goo car wash for that matter.
He begrudgingly let me go through again, and the whole time I was about to go through the wash I could hear him talking smack, and whole I was checking the outside of my car I could still hear him.

That's what you go to a car wash for, right? Too get your car clean? As a matter of fact, they did not "scrub the hell out my car." He got about 3/4ths of the way down the left side of my car, hardly touched the top, and let his partner spend only 5 more seconds on it.
I was in a seminar all day downtown. When I returned to my car, birds had defecated all over it. It's worth noting that I drive for Uber, so I regularly wash my car, and anytime I get bird droppings on it, I have it washed. I immediately headed to this location. I purchased the ultimate. When I got out to vacuum, I noticed there was still a large amount of bird feces still all over my car, front to back, top to bottom. I approached one if the employees and told him that even though I purchased the ultimate, I'm well aware that not everything is going to come off in the wash. However, there was still a lot of feces still on my car.
The $9 wash got literally everything off my car and even the annoying dirt line left by my wipers. Such a good price, and the vacuums have good suction. I'll be back.
