These money driven dickwads took a cat that had recovered 90% from where she was the previous day, to her deathbed within 4 hours by not putting her in the incubator like she was at the emergency vet in the hours prior. We recommended the incubator, but it was not used.
Clinic has wonderful hours and returned all my phone calls were always returned. Clinic was clean and welcoming.
I brought Snoopy in with bloody nose and trouble breathing, they took excellent care of him. He had a fractured jaw and broke nose. Very friendly and professional staff.
It was an emergency sitiuation, but the paperwork had to be filled out first, of course. After the paperwork, the poor dying kitten waited 20 minutes to be treated. DYING KITTEN. OBVIOUSLY DYING KITTEN. They then placed her in a cage instead of the incubator, killing her, and charged me money for what they did not do. They will probably delete this review. I would love to give the doctor a negative verbal review personally, but we never got the opportunity to meet.
Receptionist (Erica) was so calm and she walked me through my frantic teary phone call. All the techs were kind and friendly. My highest praise goes out to Dr. Cox who performed my dogs surgery after a vicious attack. She is a lovely young women who obviously has a good heart and was blessed with a God given talent not only with a scalpel but a with how to treat patients and owners.
The entire staff here - the receptionist and vet techs - are always so kind. On more than one occasion the clinic has called the day after a visit/procedure to check how my animals are doing; that shows they really care.
They're always super nice and understanding every time I go and they don't charge me outlandish prices like they do at other vets that take exotics
This is the ONLY place we take our rats, hamsters & cats. We have been going here since 2012 with our very first pet rat. We trust Dr. Alvin Atlas and Dr. Chris Campbell implicitly with our animals. Dr. Campbell is so very kind, caring and understanding, and he actually LISTENS to your input, which is fantastic; he's a wonderful vet, and very knowledgeable about rats and their illnesses & treatments, which can be difficult to find in a vet. And Dr. Atlas is great, such an extremely skilled surgeon. He's performed tumor removals and neuter surgery for our rats many times, and all went wonderfully. He performed tumor removal surgery on one of our rats, and he did such an AMAZING job, she healed up so very quickly, within days you couldn't even tell that she'd had surgery! Even with their very busy schedules, Dr. Atlas and Dr. Campbell always take the time to explain things, answer all of our questions and makes us feel like a priority. I can tell they truly love their work.
Way to kill a recovering kitten, guys. Delete it all you want. Pay a full time staff member to scan these. I don't care. I will post this 12 times a day until you give up. Don't go to this place. You'll sit in traffic just to make some Inverness "doctor"s Lexus payment.
I know that my animals are always in good hands here, and I will NEVER take them anywhere else.
