I know they are more expensive than other grocery stores but I watch for the bargains they offer and the rest of it I'll pay a little more for because they really are friendly like their TV advertisement says
The store seemed decent and one particular employee giving out samples was very friendly, but they are rather inconsiderate to job applicants. I had an interview with the bakery department that seemed to go well and was told they'd call me for a second interview, but they never did. I understand that they chose not to hire me, and that's fine, but they should at least have had the courtesy to call me back and let me know after I put forth the effort to dress up nicely and arrived early for the interview. The funny thing is that the store manager chose not to hire me because he didn't believe I gave proper notice before quitting my last job, yet he and the bakery manager were inconsiderate in a similar way. It's not like they were interviewing hundreds of applicants and didn't have time to get back to everyone. It's just kind of tacky and unprofessional.
