Ordering online from the deli is completely useless at this location. Six times now I have made various orders and NOT ONCE have they been ready. Every time I have to wait for the employees to stop talking to each other, then wait for them to even notice me, then I ask about my order, then they waddle over to the printer for orders where mine has never been pulled. I know Publix pays their employees well, they should start holding them accountable
This store is very well stocked with awesome products. It's also conveniently located in the heart of downtown Southside of Birmingham. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist you. It's truly a pleasure to shop at Publix.
Very nice store. I liked my experience. Lettuce in the salad brown though. Tighten up on that and I will drive from Bessemer just to shop there.
