Don’t waste your time! I called three days ago and was told someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. I called again yesterday and was assured that someone would return my phone call immediately. No response. They obviously don’t need my business or my business is not good enough for them. Plenty of other roofers out there that will gladly take my money.
We had to wait (very patiently) several months before getting our new roof due to the huge amount of rain this summer and also the hail damage we experienced last spring was not so bad that it caused any leaks. Consequently we were in no specific hurry. Well worth the wait! Two full days of intense work left our home with beautiful new architectural shingling, a great cleanup job and a friendly crew with whom to work. My contractor friend also looked over the job and cleanup today and he was very impresssed with the quality of the job. Our house is strikingly more impressive with this great shingling and excellent work, and I thank the owners, supervisors and great crew for this workmanship and quality of materials.

I will do business with Hinkle again. Our metal roof was installed by Hinkle 4 years ago and began leaking, causing ceiling damage. It took a great deal of time and effort on our part, including contacts with the owner but all of the current problems have been resolved. I also believe that Hinkle has corrected the internal problems that led to poor communication and initial lack of action on their part.
