I randomly called authentic restoration off of a neighborhood website. They answered, they came out in a reasonable amount of time, and they fixed my roof. I was very impressed with Scott. He was knowledgable and honest and nice. He totally kept his cool when being stung by wasps on my roof! I appreciate the professionalism and would call them for all future work since they do many other things. It's nice to have someone we can feel good about calling now.
Authentic Restoration is a reputable company that is easy to do business with. Shane assisted with the claim and met the insurance adjuster to discuss the hail damage to my roof. He is very pleasant, professional and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with the service and the product. Shane always answers his phone or calls back within a few minutes which is rare these days. I would recommend Authentic Restoration to any friend or family member.

Authentic Restoration should be first on your list for anyone looking for repairs, especially insurance repair work. Shane was very informative and thorough throughout the entire process. I called a handful of other companies about getting the roof inspected and they all told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could send someone out, I called Shane and he was here the very next morning. We called in the claim together and on the scheduled day for the Insurance adjuster to inspect the roof, Shane was here bright and early and did an entire walk through with her. On top of that, after the insurance company misled us about our deductible, we were able to work things out with Authentic Restoration to make things a little more affordable. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Thanks!
