They’re lucky this thing only goes to 1 star because this place deserves a negative 0. Seats were cramped and kept sliding and my bus got delayed and wouldn’t reach my final destination until the next day which is ridiculous. I should and deserve a full refund for this whack service. First and last experience with Greyhound.
Just don't go to Greyhound bus ....you will get robbed by vultures and the funny part is there are camaras everywhere but when the cops show up to talk to me about me being robbed they said the camaras don't work.....atlpd
Go right outside the main bus station entrance and take the Civil Rights Walk around the block towards City Hall. You will have a chance to read, learn stop n think and then pray for more freedom and less violent change to come about
Typical run down station full of questionable chatacters. Employees seemed nice enough, and able to handle difficult passengers. Parking is free for drop off and pick up which is good in the middle of birmingjam.
The only good thing about this place is the somewhat friendly night staff. Otherwise, this is a terrible place, very dangerous right outside at night, inside is dirty, buses are CONSISTENTLY late, no restaurant, snack machines are WAY overpriced (1.75 for a snack size Doritos bag), bathrooms were out of soap on one side of the men's room, toilets were NASTY, and sometimes there'll be loony people running in from outside acting all kinds of crazy. Don't frequent this place unless, like me, your vehicle broke down and you need a ride home on the bus.
