I purchased an Embassy home due to the high quality of the construction and attention to detail. The upgrades available enhanced the home and further added to the quality and appearance! When I had the walk through , Matt (Embassy warranty representative) found small items that I hadn't noticed. Great partnership and quality outcome! I highly recommend this builder!
Worst experience of our lives. After we were drug around when construction would start, to being locked out of the house during the building process, to now 3 roof leaks in the first six months. There is no good point of contact with this company. No one returns any of your phone calls. Buyer beware
I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. We signed a contract with them at the end of November 2015, and our home was scheduled to close June 10, 2016. As of 9/28/2016, we are still under construction with no end in sight. Although some of the delays were out of their hands because of permit issues with the city, we feel strongly that they could have made up a great deal of ground. Crews and subcontractors were not hired when they should have been, closing dates were scheduled and then canceled and pushed out with no regard to our schedules. There has been little to no communication and our realtor has had to practically stalk the neighborhood agent and builder to get any answers. We were promised that crews would be working day and night to get our house completed, but in reality when we drive by each day, there are only 2-3 workers on site. I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of regard to our family and the impact the delays have had on us. We entered into a contract with Embassy NINE MONTHS ago because they assured us our family would be in our new home prior to school starting. If I had known then what I know now, I never would have purchased a home through this company.
They build gorgeous homes but customer service sucks. We are currently in a "under construction" neighborhood and they do not manage the construction workers. Our neighbors, including ourselves are constantly picking up nails in our tires from these workers not giving a rats a$$. Get it together.
A wonderful builder who does a quality job. They helped me build my dream home and I know they did an excellent job. Very professional, experienced & friendly staff both at sales office & Designer Studio. We moved in a year ago and did not have any problem with the construction or the appliances they gave. They are always reachable by an email/phone call in case we need them or have a question.
