The only u-haul place i can count on to have something at the last minute when im in a rush.
Management is very cooperative in organization however the staff is no very public friendly in deal with matters that place the organization in a bad light.
Manager was very nice, in and out no problem.
We were 2 mins late we called to make sure it would be ok they said yes at 5:02 the door was locked the same last that just said she could wait till 5:20 evidently changed her mind standing at the register informed us she was going home and didn't have time. Would not recommend his place the customer service people on the phone were awesome but store location is horrible and are in need air training.
The staff was super nice, and the facility was very clean.
