Have come in the store over the years and have been very pleased with them. However, when I wanted to get my house rekeyed with high security locks I found the price to be quite a bit more than I thought which prompted me to get a quote. Had there quote been maybe $200 less than what it was I might not have questioned it but it just didn't feel right. I got another quote for exact same locks for about half of what Harbison quoted.
