Amazing experience. The ladies are welcoming and explained to me in stylist terms the difference between what I thought I wanted, a high and tight, and a high fade. Excellent cut. This is my go to place in the Trussville/Clay/Pinson area.
Awful. The manager Joanna is completely unprofessionally rude. Every time my sister comes in there and gets her hair done. She's unhappy and they force her to pay for it anyways. And I. Called the manager to complain about it today and she said "it's always something isn't it?!" Very rudely. She's insanely rude. And unprofessional. When I spoke with her on the phone I was nothing but nice to her and she was rude the whole time. Will not be going back.
Joanna is amazing. She fixed my hair when it was destroyed by another business. She rescued it and earned my lifetime business! I can't imagine going to anyone else for color. Not only is she a good stylist, she has amazing customer service. When she didn't get my hair as cool as I liked - without me saying a single complaint - she asked me to come in again to get a complimentary retone. Seriously - as long as I live in Trussville and she works here, I'm not going anywhere else and neither is my husband. She's also not pushy about products but if you ask her about them, she's very knowledgeable.
Very nice staff, but the lady who cut my hair did not do as well as I wanted, still she was nice, I just think she was being disturbed by another employee and was not giving my hair the attention that she needed to give me a decent cut.
