The lady that did my consultation seemed awesome. I left with yellow hair and paid an arm and a leg for it. She didn't even try to bother fixing it and didn't hesitate to let an unsatisfied customer leave. I would of paid for the fix too, never again!
This place has poor customer service and zero management skills. I booked a appointment with this Spa two weeks in advance for Valentine day gift. After booking the appointment I attempted to call them back and pre pay for the appointment however no one answered the phone. I received a call the day of the appointment confirming the appointment. Upon arriving for the appointment, there was not any massage therapists there only one hair stylist. I left multiple messages to speak with the manager and they have yet to contact me. I was told by one of the workers the only thing they can do for me is reschedule the appointment. They do not consistently answer the phone and possibly wont be there for your schedule appointment! DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SATISFACTION!
I have received a massage both from Cody and Amy. I cannot wait to get my next one! All the staff are extremely helpful.
I keep a standing appointment with Joe for a deep-tissue massage. He is wonderful. He is professional, polite, and personable. Yesterday, I had my first hair color/cut/style there. I went in feeling dowdy and out-of-date, which definitely does not reflect my personality. After a brief consultation with Laryssa Self, she gave me an incredible color and probably the best style update I've had in a decade. I feel like a new person. I feel like my hair now reflects my personality.
Response: Thank you for finally contacting me (after writing a google review). Unfortunately "sorry" doesn't fix my issue. I simply had good faith in this being a spectacular day. I live in Kansas and chose your spa with hopes of the best. I hope that you guys find a way to provide better customer service and ensure each client is contacted when you have issues like that especially on holidays (considering an appointment from Kansas was not appropriately taken care of).
