Got my wife flowers for our 2nd anniversary. I wanted a specific rose that I used to get her when we were dating. Norton's went as far as to call all the florists in the area to get them for me. Although no florist had the roses I wanted, the manager at Norton's took the time to choose the roses that were the next best match.

I rate Norton's Florist as a 5 star company. The arrangement was beautiful and the customer service was awesome. I had a small issue with the confirmation of delivery and spoke to someone at the 1800 number. When the owner of Norton's Florist learned about the issue he called me immediately to resolve the issue. I love when companies value their customers and their customers opinion. Will use again
