The staff is wonderful here and they are always willing to help their customers. The only thing is that they never have a clearance sale at this location, and the selection is not as good as other VS locations I have visited. If you're looking for a clearance sale and a better selection of products, try the one at the Galleria. If friendly service is your top priority though, this VS is just as good as the Hoover VS.
I've been a customer of Victoria Secret for over ten years.... I can honestly say...today was the worst customer service I'd ever experienced.... I walked in with shopping bags from other stores in the mall.... I wasn't greeted... I was basically watched more than helped... It was one cashier that did help when i approached her...but the very rude one ignored me totally...had a bad attitude towards me(just asking here questions)... She talked and chatted with every other customer in the store besides me....when i went to the counter to purchase my items...she walked off and laughed!!! The store wasn't busy at all... Shockingly she ( The rude lady) was the store manager!!!!!! Store 50074. I don't know if it was a racial thing or plain stupidity... But that reflects on representation of Victoria Secret not her own personal hatred/bias!!!! Basically keep it professional... This is only business honey.
Terrible. Lazy heavy set cashier couldnt even remove my security tags because she was in too much of a Rush too get off. Worst Victoria's secret ever.
Okay so it says on google that this Victoria secrets in brookwood village is supposed to open at 12:00pm on Sunday and I drove 15 mins just to come here and I have been walking around waiting for an hour and 30 mins for this store to open , just found out the worker just got here and still hasn't opened it . There is a line waiting outside of it . Are you serious ??!? This is BAD BAD BAD BUISNESS!!!!!!!
