Extremely rude! I️ purchased a gift online and this local store sold it before I️ could pick it up. I️ understand that can happen, unfortunately the rudeness of the manager is something I️ don’t understand.
The parking is a little difficult on busy shopping days but as with most of the stores here the store is large and open. That makes it very easy to navigate and you don't feel crowded by other shoppers. The staff were very friendly, opening the doors for us and greeting us as we walked in.
Its hard to find a parking spot here. But if you do and you have never been in anthropology you should definitely visit this store. Its different Thats for sure. The only thing i dont like about it is that no one greeted me or my friend when we came in here. I didn't even know who worked there.
Customer service is lacking. Young people just don't get it.
The prices are pretty up there. However, the items are nice. I won't make a guarantee, but will say that the clothes look amazing on my wife and we found a perfume and lotion for her that smelled exactly like the one we made together on our first valentine's day. It made for a good trip down memory lane.
