Can't say enough. I am from out of town and needed a main belt. They took me right away, did it in the 30-45 min they had estimated and did it over $50 cheaper than Sears or Pep Boys. Afterward, the mechanic comes in and explains anything he saw that was unusual and just makes you feel more confident to continue on down the road. Good attitude, honest and knowledgeable. What else could you want? On an unrelated matter I met TWO 95 year old ladies there who needed a battery. One of them still drove and they both live alone separately. They had been going there for years to get their car fixed. What better advertisement?
This shop is the best. They fixed my 35 year old Toyota that other shops wouldn't even touch and stood behind their work as well. I won't go anywhere else for repairs.
Customer service for me is EVERYTHING especially if I am spend $500 or more for a repair! Apparently you don't deal well with African Americans because the atmosphere was VERY unwelcoming. The workers were curt and short, never returned calls and never even called to say the car was ready. If you so don't want to do business with African Americans then say that but my money is green just like everyone else's. The work was good and I would have come back but the customer service killed it for me.
Donnie and the staff are top notch. If they say you need something repaired. Trust them !
I just had a terrible experience with this company. I've done $39,540.00 worth of business with them since 03/2014. We've had one dispute about a $95.00 invoice that I paid. I just had trouble with my vehicle, called to confirm I could bring it to them, traveled 30 minutes to them, filled out all my paperwork, and walked out the door to get a ride. Then the owner/manager walks out and hands me my key and says, "I don't work on your vehicles", then turned his back and walked away. No explanation. He couldn't even professionally be a jerk. Wow. I've recommended countless people to his company and many have spent thousands of dollars. STAY AWAY FROM this place!
