As a woman, I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. They post the prices of general repairs/maintenance.
They got my car fixed. Timely manner? No. I picked my car up on two separate occasions with it still having the same problems as before. But, the last time I had to drop my car off, they finally found what was messing up. After $2,000. Oh and someone working there stole my auxiliary cord and charger out of my car.
My experience was the worst. I took my car in about my transmission and the gave me a quote. By the time I was finished the quote was double the amount they said originally. I was able to pay half & tried using their finance company for the other. The finance company told me I was approved to get there and sign the paper work to sit for over 4 hours to find out the finance company now saying it's not approved. Whenever I get my car I will never use this company again. They proclaim one thing and get a different result. Aamco was not on the up and up. If you can avoid using them Please stay away and find someone else.
Absolute WORST customer service been bein told since last Thursday your truck be ready today n here it is Monday n I'm told MAYBE Tuesday... BY FAR THE WORST AUTO RRPAIR SHOP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!
The best experience ever. They had work on both of my cars and was really honest about every problem I had/have. Would definitely recommend and continue to do business with them
