Was a great place at one time......sucks ass now. Service is terrible. Bar staff is rude. Have been a regular for years, very different now. Not the same place.

I am amazed to hear anything but goodness about this place. I travel for work and happened on it. The people there were so nice. I chatted with the sweetest lady behind the bar. Then the food came and I was blown away. It was the best Ruben I have ever had! Wings were awesome too. Being a ex-smoker, I am hypersensitive to it and it never bothered me. This is my new home away from home when in Birmingham.
Only downs side was it was a smoking bar. But had a great time overall
Gabriels Cafe has been my watering hole since the late 90s. I absolutely love this place!!! It provides great fun, crazy times, & funny jokes, but most of all, memorable moments. (When your not too hammered!) WHAT really makes this place super FUN at happy hour
