Love the ladies that work here. Friendly and professional. The facials are effective. Saw an improvement in my skin after the first visit. With monthly visits, my skin looks the best it has in as long as I can remember.
They did a great job. I'm hitting 45 and needed a healthier, younger look. I go once a month and feel great. Great staff, great store. My skin recommends Smart Skin.
I highly recommend this spa! The staff is fabulous and did an excellent job! Their equipment is medical grade and the interior of the spa is beautifully decorated and extremely well kept. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the area of Birmingham that they are located in. I'm definitely going back!
I used to love this place, however, they have made recent changes that might seem convenient to the office but not to the customers. I have tried to call many times to make an appointment but they don't pick up the phone, and the voicemail they have encourages you to communicate by text, which is fine with me, but they don't respond either. I also feel that they don't take the time to do a good facial, they always do 15 min facial. The only reason I keep going back is because I have a membership which I do not recommend.
