I've never had a bad time here because I always meet marvelous people, if by myself, or great company with friends. I've never experienced bad service, the food has always has been superb, and I always leave with a great new memory!
I went on Sunday and cannot figure what happen. It was cold after the snow and were seated by the main entrance. We had to ask to be moved. Of course we would have gladly waited for a table to be cleared.
I don't know why this place has anything less than a 4 star rating. We come here frequently and are recognized by management and staff. Servers are always polite and helpful and our food is almost always perfect. If there is any issue you can let the sever know and they're more than happy to fix it for you. Sometimes the wait is long but that's to be expected in any restaurant in this location.
Started off a little rough, but the manager was nice. I appreciate him rectifying the situation.
If you go out the back doors there is a small creek filled with turtles and fish, and my kids love to go throw them iur extra bread crumbs. The location is safe, atmosphere is nice, restrooms are clean, and the food is great. I've only had one bad experience here and it was thoroughly apologized for and fixed asap. I highly recommend trying Brio. And if you've had a bad experience, try again.
One of our personal favs. You wouldn't think that an Italian place would have some of the best steaks in Bham, but they do. Try the NY Strip w/ gorgonzola crust. Great pastas carbonara pasta and lobster bisque too.
Next our new server was HORRIBLE! He never asked if we were OK, left the menus on the table, did not offer more water, did not offer desert, and left the bill on the table like the Cracker Barrell.
The waiter was John. People ask to be moved if your server is John.
I generally get the steak with roasted vegetables or potatoes and a salad. They start you off with complimentary sourdough and flat bread, so you will always leave with a full stomach. We just got back from eating here for my birthday and when the server overheard, they were happy to bring me a dessert of my choice, free of charge (not sure if this is standard or if it's because we already had a semi large ticket).
