This place needs a major face lift. The amount of space vs the businesses that occupy them is very large. More stores, would make this a better shopping area.

Never been here for anything other than food and drink. With that much space I really don't understand why this was not planned as a walkable Mall. It would be nice to be drifting between different restaurants, sitting outside, and having a bit of a campus feel. It's too fragmented to be a destination.
