Lastly, they are priced at $49 nightly, $282 weekly or $903 monthly for a parking lot with power, water and sewer.

First the good - the park is close to I-459 and easy on/off for travelers. All sites provide full hookups. It is located in the midst of a plethora of commercial facilities from quaint boutiques to Wal-Mart and Costco just a couple of miles away...convenience galore!

Was completely surprised to find it was a huge parking lot, but ok I just needed to park. My problem was how rude the young lady was when I called from the parking lot to inquire where I was to park. Our first time here so we had no idea how this type parking was done. She was so rude and unhelpful.

It is very clean,we really liked it. No cable but guests wi fi and its pretty fast. All parking is on black top because are in RV parking for hoover met sports complex. There is no office so you have to call a maryland area code and number . We would use it again.

We stayed here for two nights. It is a nice location in Birmingham and the sites are nice and level. The sites are a bit small but since it was very open we had no issues with fitting both our trailer and our truck. If the park had been more full we would not have been able to fit our truck as our 36' trailer filled the spot.

Now the bad - since the park re-opened 6/2017, water pressure is remarkably low so much so that flushing and washing hands at the same time is dismal. Sites are short, our 45 ft motorhome hangs out front and back and that is without our tow car but sites are wide enough to pull the car to the side and out of the pathways. There is no cable TV and internet is like most other parks, spotty and slow. However it is located close enough to Birmingham that you can get local channels over the air if you have an antenna. Most all sites are deceivingly sloped and leveling can put your steps a bit high. There is no shade to speak of, mostly just a parking lot.

Horrible place. Sites are wide but very short. No one on site to answer any questions. The electricity at our site wasn't working, so we called the reservation number who said they would have the property manager call us. After waiting for them to call quite a long time we called them again to say we're leaving and want a refund. She said she couldn't do that but would have the property manager call me about that. No word yet, almost 24 hours later!

Otherwise park is ok. Lots are small but they are level and clean.

There are no other services/features for this campground. No office to check in/out or make inquires of, no bath house or restrooms, no clubhouse or public gathering place, no pool or tennis courts, no picnic tables, no playground, no dog park, no landscaping between sites, well...you get the picture.
