Great customer service from Martha, Thanks for your patience in taking my baby's picture today.

Mentally ill woman working as a clerk. White lady with glasses. Seriously, something is wrong with her. She's not healthy. Shouldn't be able to interact with other humans. She needs therapy, or pills, or both. Completely incompetent and unable to communicate on a basic level. Psychotic. Rude. Other ladies that helped me were nice, but this one needs to go!

Use other shipping services or at least stay away from this location.

Abysmal Service with Consumer Affairs/Consumer Relations department, worst I have ever experienced with a USPS facility. Tried to track a letter and had three phone conversations with people at Consumer Affairs.First two calls were helpful, item identified, but no follow-up. Third call resulted in USPS employee telling me there is no such tracking item and that no one at her location ever talked with me II have phone logs & case number which was opened for me). When I asked for a manger to speak with, employee (Candace) hung up on me. Subsequent calls (3) of mine were directed to a robo-message location with a canned message loop. Now I cannot even call that USPS Consumer Affairs number in Birmingham. Letter & tracking number has disappeared (I have screen shots however). Something is seriously wrong with USPS employees at this location with regards to Consumer Affairs/missing letters staff. We are USPS customers and if this is the response policy, this system needs to be privatized. Awful, awful service!!!

Passport service was terrible. More than 1 hr wait and website didn't work for appointments. The one staff member working on passports moved as slowly as she could

The staff here seems friendly with the consumer affairs but the actual post office needs to quit screwing around. I have had a certified letter there over a week and still it has not been delivered after I've been lied to and told that it will be delivered each day this week. Brittney the account rep has lied to me and I haven't received any calls back I was told I would get from others. The management here is the problem and needs to be replaced. Homeless people could do a better job it seems, as it has been over a week since my mail has been in the city of Birmingham and no one can even find it now after claiming it would be delivered every single day.
