Physical therapy is not something I want to spend my time on but when my daughter injured her wrist, the orthopedist suggested Encore. I have been pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail at Encore and my daughter loves her PT therapist. They got us through her injury and I will not hesitate to return if needed in the future.
Walked into The center and I must've interrupted two of the workers there joking around at the reception desk. One just walked away and the other young lady just stared at me blankly without saying a word. Not even a hello, hi or can I help you with something until I said "Hello I guess I'm here to get some kind of rehabilitation."
I did not feel welcome at all. I really don't think they cared if I stayed or not so I said I'll come back another time. It's a shame, because someone I know that had rehab there said it was a great place.
It just seem like I was putting them out by coming in to ask questions about it. I've found better customer service skills at the Shell gas station down the road from my house than at this place.
