I do not recommend this law firm. They represented me on a case where I was hurt on the job. The lawyer that was supposedly representing me was Chris Burbank & I do not feel that I was represented well. He never returned calls until I left a message stating that I felt they were representing the company I was suing & not me, their client. When they returned my call, they had a settlement from them for pennies.

Alexander Shunnarah Personal Injury Attorneys has his big TV, Billboards and other ads talking loudly of ''Call Me'' and makes promises of fighting for in against insurance companies to get you big money. Well, I am not saying his firm can't and won't because they do only if your case involves many many thousands and millions of dollars but they will not fight in courts unless these amounts count up in their favor. Let me tell you they only make phone calls and write letters to the insurance companies and if you damn well don't have a great case against them these lawyers sure as hell aren't going to court to fight and in on your behalf. My wife and I had a darn great case against Park Place. This is apartments in downtown Birmingham, AL. that handle HUD Sub Housing for low income people. Mostly for elderly and handicapped disabled people like my Cerebral Palsy and deaf wife. I to burn with Cerebral Palsy and wheelchair bound for life. In 2012 or 2013 we lived at Park Place and if we had only knew just how bad that management and owners were we'd never thought to move there. From the begaining till we moved out there was nothing but trouble. They at Park Place had called us to say an apartment was ready to move into and did we want it. We were taken around to inspect it before taking it. Yes, many things needed fixing as both we and management found. Take note though we were called by them saying the apartment was ready for move in when all along they knew it wasn't. What was later to come out the whole heating and cooling system had been removed to use in another apartment and they never replaced it back. There was a long list of parts missing that one couldn't see till after we'd signed the contract and moved in. Nothing worked. It took 3 months before they started replacing parts missing and after we went to HUD and talked to the low down owners in GA. It was hell the whole time. The main door leading out into the parking lot had steps but no rails to hold to. Many elderly had fallen coming out that door before my C.P. wife did and broke her hand by breaking 2 bones. It took months of suffering on her part and mine. I have to have all help all day and night by my wife and while the broken arm wasn't usable we both went through hell suffering. She had many medical expenses and Medicaid had to pay. They knew we'd gotten a lawyer for the injuries both for my wife and myself because she couldn't hardly help herself and surely not me all those months. Calling Shunnarah as the biggest mistake we could make. We were assigned Adam G. Mestre to our case and from day 1 till he said there was nothing he could do he never tried to fight the company or their insurance company. Adam never would contact us with anything and it was me trying to always contacting him. In the end for our life lost that can never be repaired he just took the word from their insurance that they weren't at faught and wasn't paying anything not even the medical bills....WARRNING.....DON'T CALL SHUNNARAH....
