I know the protest was going on yesterday and the confederate statue will be removed, but don't take your anger out on me or my color or any color due to 2 people bailing out on you and setting you up or maybe you think a race is not as intelligent enough to find a trash can which anyone could have over looked when we were use to seeing boxes on the floor used as trash cans.
I rate this as a one because I feel the company does not train their supervisors well enough to deal with complicated situations of employees or employers. Neither do I feel they handle all race the same. I went on a job yesterday to work and was given to pick up trash for about 30 min or so and we did so in gear that was not in my opinion suitable for that kind of work or safe. Yet they talked to Hispanics like they were kindergarten's about safety. Me and 4 other people were DNR's because we asked where was a trash can so we can empty our box. I am not sure what "Building Lasting Relationships" means to them but writing up Blacks and Hispanics because you think they are not up to date with education is a HUGE misconception. When I tried calling to reason with the superintendent C.J. Girsh, he went OFF into a rage. I never told him about anything, what anyone said, or anything he just simply didn't care what I had to say. It was, "you couldn't find a trash can." So that was his reason for not allowing men to work back at his site and I only asked him once. He said,
"Because you have to call Rob first in order to get to me !and this is very unprofessional!!!."
I apologize, I didn't know. He hung up in my face.
In other words, because I am better than you. I (Black /African American) have no right to call (White CJ Grish) on HIS cellular phone, forgetting that he was the one to say to ME yesterday that I can call him anytime if I need anything. Sounds good don't it? But didn't mean none of it. As it says in the good proverbs, whatsoever a man thinketh, so is he. Eat and drink he says to thee but his heart is not with thee.
THAT! is unprofessional.

So overall I have to rate this place one star. Due to the poor customer Service and the poor performance of supervision and the poor employee treatment. Mexicans shouldn't be the ones checking on me and giving me water. It was the superintendent jobs. Thank you esays. Much love to you everywhere.
I thought calling him , emailing him and texting him reasoning was very humble of me, but I guess his position has gone way over his head and has blinded him. I tried calling headquarters and the phone was hung up in my face. I called the main line and spoke to a very lovely lady. she directed my call as she was suppose to. I admire that. She even got me in touch with Rob, but because Rob wasn't at all concerned I just disregarded to even reach out to CJ anymore. If I couldn't talk to him directly, wouldn't the woman made sure I went thought the proper channels?

I do not recommend this company at all.
White dude may not got a DNR but white dude let our manager know that we was not given proper gear to begin with and we was under harsh conditions. At the end of the day, I still have a job and will be sent out because at the end of the day, it didn't come off right writing 3 blacks up and 1 Hispanic on the day the confederate flag was being judged to be removed that was news all over Gainesville buddy and Secondly at the end of the day it didn't look to justice on your part because the 2 you did write up had been there far to long and my managers know their employees and know they are hard workers and thirdly you didn't specify as to why we was let go. For I was told that today 5/24/17 So the GOOD managers, said, well sometimes people take their anger out on everybody because of someone else's problems and truly C.J. Grish did JUST THAT.
