Let me start out by saying this funeral home is a complete sham! Felt as though I was dealing with a used car salesman we have sought legal help in this matter I don't even have enough room to explain all the shady underhanded stuff that went on. My dad basically was misled and had purchased an immediate burial for close to $13,000 and an immediate burial is basically around 1500 to 3500 so we had to pay extra for the Service and graveside and now sending bills for more money they did not even provide TVs for the slideshow that I created said their TVs were stolen not to mention a big gray tarp over the roof from the storm that came through midfield three months ago .I could go on and on it's unbelievable I would advise no one to use this place we have several witnesses at the service that were shocked and have found out two other families have had the same dealings with this joke of a funeral home !
Worked with the manager here who was very helpful and professional. I'm very glad I decided to call him. Will not hesitate to call again if needed.
Valhalla has gone to the dogs, at the worst time in a mourning families life., they have to find out that this funeral home does not honor someone prearranged plans they purchased.
They are the WORST kind of people. Your loved one deserves better and so do you.
Shame on the people in charge of this place.
