The bookstore has cancelled two of my orders because either one or all of the items are out of stock (even though the website indicates the items are in stock). They have failed to return emails/communications with regards to both of these failures. I will spend my money at Snoozy's from now on.
Everyone who works here is helpful. They didn't have a section with journals. They do have headphones, but only earbuds $10-$20. Store was clean and well-lit.
This is a terrible business and they do not care about their customers. GO TO SNOOZY'S IF YOU WANT HELP. I tried to return something and they refused to help me, because it was a few days after their accepted return date. Even though Snoozy's return policy is much more forgiving and would have let me return it. You will find almost nobody on campus that likes the UAB bookstore more than Snoozy's and now I know why. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
Good place to grab a bag of chips and a drink if you're in a hurry, but don't buy your books here. Overpriced, slow to ship and they are always out of stock of the books I need.
The bookstore has a very helpful staff and great service.
