The very friendly and knowledgeable staff did an amazing job fixing my son's bike, at minimal cost! Very pleased with the service we received here. They are committed to fostering the biking community of Birmingham.

I think their mission is awesome! This was my first time buying a bike, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I love my bike, and would definitely recommend them!

These guys are good, they are trustworthy and do a good job. They have a lot of good merchandise, bike accessories, new and used bikes and even some consignment bikes. I have overall had good experiences in here, though I do feel there is a strange vibe when I come in. They look at me different/ I just do not fit what kind of person usually works and lives downtown or in the suburbs. But I still enjoy giving them my business.

Competent, trustworthy, friendly, in a space with a great vibe. Dropped my old Raleigh mountain bike off with broken shifters and stretched cables and got it back nicely shifting and ready to ride. No trying to sell me additional stuff or accessories, no nudging me to give up on a 20+ year old steel frame bike. Good place!

Brought my heavy, commuter, electric bike in for new brake and shift cables, disk brake pads, and lesson to help me swap the long chain. Price was less than half what my former shop would have charged, no problems with the work as of two weeks later. The public bike repair station is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Feels good to support a redemptive cause. Highly recommended.
