Absolutely Horrible!!!! Their employees are liars and make up their own rules. They have real nasty attitudes like they don't want to be at work. I've never seen a whole group of people who suppose to be public servants who don't want to deal with the public!
If you talk to 3 different people, you get 3 different bits of information. Had to come back three times because no one told us the right things to bring, as there were additional documents than the ones needed online, to register a car.
Went around noon on a Friday to renew a car tag and register a new car. All employees I spoke to were friendly and helpful. I was in and out in a timely manner
The info on their website is different than when you go in person. I wasted many hours and used a vacation day needlessly because I was told I didn't have the correct documents to get my tag.
